Why we emailed you

Gearyforge makes small browser tools for print and office work, listed at gearyforge.com. This domain sends our outreach email, so that it is kept apart from the address that sends licence keys to customers.

What we hold and where it came from

If we wrote to you, we found your business’s contact email address on your own public website. We keep: the business name, that email address, the web page we found it on, a short note of what the business advertises and why we thought the tool was relevant, and the date and content of what we sent. We do not buy lists, and we do not collect personal addresses.

What we do with it

Send you at most three messages about one tool, and stop as soon as you reply, unsubscribe, or the message bounces. It is not shared with anyone except Resend, which delivers the email.

Removing yourself

Every message has an unsubscribe link. Using it puts your address on a permanent suppression list, which we keep only so we never write to you again, about any tool. Ask at support@gearyforge.com and we will delete everything else we hold about you.
